The MLM marketing system makes use of the powers of networking to create a potent distribution system for products and services.   This component allows each member or distributor to represent the company when marketing its products and services.  What this means is that every member is a distributor and enables him to take advantage of the business system and he only has to be concerned about the marketing of the products.

The real power of the system comes from the leverage that is made possible through the use of a network.   Every distributor is free to create his own network of other distributors who will multiply his capacity to move large volumes of the products.   The distributor not only earns commissions from the sales volume of his network but also gets bonuses when hitting certain sales targets.

Another vital characteristic that could help a person succeed with the use of the MLM marketing system is the ability to teach other people.  It should be noted that only 10 percent of your MLM prospects are comfortable with selling.  Since selling skills are hard to duplicate, networkers need to focus on a few simple activities that can easily be duplicated by other people.

Therefore, having the ability to teach these simple activities to other people is also an essential component of the MLM business and organizational growth is accelerated through the duplication of these activities.
